These girls were ultra ready for their photoshoot when I arrived. They had not one, not two, but three different outfits they were deciding on for their photographs. We decided to match in pinks, and got warmed up outside running around, twirling, and playing with bubbles. Their parents had just reseeded the lawn not too long ago, so they had some fresh grass in their backyard to play on. When it started to get a little warm, they changed into their swimsuits.
THEN Mehmed (my camera) almost died from Nayla's watergun a few times, and a really close call from Maia, who totally nailed him. It became a game of let’s-get-the-camera, and a mad dash to see if I could run, turn around, and get the photograph before having to run away from the waterguns again. We got the sprinkler going, cleaned Nayla’s crocs, and had some watermelon.
"My husband and I are not photogenic people, but I love the way Miriam captured us!! She was very upbeat and kept our baby engaged and smiling, even though it was super cold! We can't wait for Miriam to capture our little family again in October!! ❤️❤️❤️"
