Photographer. Storyteller. Memory Keeper.
We're going to get all the photos we need. Honestly, I'll probably end up with more photos than we need. We'll always have enough time so everyone feels comfortable. For parents who have neurodivergent children: I work with neurodivergent children all the time, and it's going to be fine.
I like to use very natural poses and prompts, and always plan to adjust my plans during each shoot with every family (because every family is different). And if there’s a moment where you wanna switch things up, we'll switch things up. I'm flexible.
I meet your family exactly as you are—there’s honestly no pressure to be anything but yourselves. (Plus sometimes I’m awkward too, we all have our moments.)
I think a photoshoot should be a good time. I love kids running around, jumping, twirling, or climbing trees if there’s a good one nearby. (If we can make our photoshoot an activity, that’s even better.) Just have fun and I'll take the pictures.
"Miriam is an absolute joy to work with, and my wife and I are so grateful for her. For us, photo shoots are more than just pictures—they are emotional, forever memories. Trusting someone to capture them is no small thing. And that’s why we will always call Miriam.
Miriam does such incredible work. She captures so many great shots in a session. She has extraordinary talent and is so attuned to every detail. We like her work so much that we’ve literally planned some of our life’s most important moments around her photography.
If you have the opportunity, do everything you can to hire her. Your memories deserve to be captured by the very best—and Miriam truly is the best."
Work With Me
This is a cool session because it’s the only no-kids-allowed photoshoot. For dating, engaged, and fun couples, our ultimate goal is to not make this awkward.
Families are always loads of fun. It’s a lot of personalities (or a few really big personalities) and there’s always a lot we can do together.
These sessions are entirely focused on following their lead and bringing out their personality—shy or extraverted, crazy or quiet.
